Information for Photographers

First things first. I am NOT a lawyer (but I have actually written some federal law). So, what do you do when you're looking for the legal issues with some types of photography? I start searching and keep the most valid references I can find handy. So, I figured I'd share a few with other photographers here.

Model Releases (at NYIP, they get releases for everything published. I do the same for each shoot. Even if it's legal, it's good to know our model agrees with it up front.)
